8. The Mez connector Frame can be fastened to the duct with self-tapping screws, rivers or spot welds.	9. While the grips are still in place, secure the Mez Frame to the duct by applying the mechanical fastener at one corner and working in the same direction all the way around.
10. Regardless of what method is used, it is critical that the fastener be placed ž" from the edge of the flange at each corner.	11. When using screws or rivets, apply them on the indentation which runs the length of the flange to insure that they pass through the factory applied sealant. This will prevent leakage.
