4a. If the ½" Mez Snap Nosing is cut and assembled correctly8, the edges of the Mez Connector Flanges will be exposed allowing the gasket to fit properly and prevent leakage.

4b. Assembled duct corner with 1" nosing (ducts with 1½" and 2" nosings will look the same).

5. Start applying the gasket at the center of the Mez Connector Flange by holding it at approximately 1 1/6 of an inch from the inner-edge of the flange and working around the circumference of the frame.
