The Mez 320 MC, Mez 325 MC and 340 MC metal cleats are
precision roll-formed from top quality materials that,
combined with the arched design, allow the cleats enough
spring to make them easy to install while retaining the
proper amount of “memory” to hold the mating flanged at the
perfect tension to provide an air-tight joint. Leaks caused
by a loose joint or by squeezing the gasket material out of
a joint are eliminated.
The Mez PVC Cleats are for use at fire damper connections,
and are designed to melt away in case of a fire. Made to the
same configuration as our metal cleats, they are easily
